Job Description

Summary

As a Gallery Facilities Leader at RH Indianapolis Gallery - Linden House, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. You will lead the facility maintenance and housekeeping department, ensuring world-class service to guests and the upkeep of our equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs every day.
  • Lead, plan, and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities.
  • Oversee building and grounds maintenance, including landscaping, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA, Food Safety, and HAZMAT requirements.
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training maintenance associates.
  • Assist in forecasting capital expenditures and negotiating contracts.
  • Monitor budgeting for supplies and repair parts.
  • Arrange for contractor services for specialized repairs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with material handling equipment repair.
  • Ability to build teams and manage decision-making processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with RF systems.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
