Gallery Facilities Leader

As a Gallery Facilities Leader at RH in Austin, you will play a crucial role in providing world-class service to guests while ensuring the maintenance and care of our equipment and facilities. You will lead and coordinate the activities of the facility maintenance and housekeeping department to maintain the highest standards of operational excellence.

• Lead, plan, and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities.
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance, including landscaping, parking lot maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA, Food Safety, and HAZMAT requirements.
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training maintenance associates.
• Assist in forecasting capital expenditures and negotiating contracts.
• Monitor budgeting to ensure maximum value in purchasing supplies and repair parts.
• Arrange for contractor services for specialized repairs.

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance leadership in a high-standard operational environment.
• Hands-on experience with material handling equipment repair.
• Ability to build teams and manage decision-making processes effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with RF systems.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
