Job Description

Summary

As a Gallery Facilities Leader at RH in Detroit, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to guests while ensuring the optimal maintenance of our equipment and facilities. You will lead a team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Live our Vision, Values, and Beliefs every day.
  • Lead, plan, and coordinate the activities of the facility maintenance and housekeeping department.
  • Oversee building and grounds maintenance, including landscaping, lawn maintenance, and parking lot upkeep.
  • Ensure the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, roofing, and fire protection systems.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA, Food Safety, and HAZMAT requirements.
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training maintenance associates.
  • Assist in forecasting capital expenditures and negotiating contracts.
  • Monitor budgeting to ensure maximum value in purchasing supplies and repair parts.
  • Arrange for contractor services for specialized repairs.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance leadership with high standards of operational excellence.
  • Hands-on experience with repair of material handling equipment.
  • Ability to build teams and manage the decision-making process effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with RF systems.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
