Gallery Facilities Leader - Waterside

Summary

The Gallery Facilities Leader oversees facility maintenance and housekeeping at the Naples gallery, ensuring world-class service to guests and optimal operation of equipment and grounds. This role leads maintenance teams, manages contractors and budgets, and enforces safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and coordinate facility maintenance and housekeeping activities to meet service level standards
• Oversee building and grounds maintenance including landscaping, parking lot upkeep, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, roofing, dock equipment, and fire protection systems
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA, HAZMAT, and related safety requirements
• Interview, hire, train, and develop maintenance associates
• Forecast capital expenditures, negotiate contracts, monitor budgets, and arrange contractor services for specialized repairs

Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in operations with high standards
• Hands-on experience repairing material handling equipment
• Proven ability to build teams, gain commitment, and manage decision-making
• Strong problem-solving focus with emphasis on process improvement and Excel proficiency
• Familiarity with RF systems and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
