Gallery Host - Fashion Island

As a Gallery Host at RH in Newport Beach, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to guests while maintaining the quality of our facilities. You will embody the RH brand through polished communication and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors.

• Live the RH Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Engage clients enthusiastically as they enter the Gallery, delivering world-class service.
• Answer guest questions about RH Interior Design Services and connect them with the appropriate Associate.
• Provide discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, wayfinding, check-in, and concierge services.
• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the Gallery host station and monitor Gallery areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Support onsite and offsite events as needed.
• Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to the leadership team.

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Energetic, accountable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work standing and walking for extended periods.
