Summary

The Gallery Host provides world-class service to guests and supports the operation and presentation of the gallery. This role greets and directs clients, manages check-in and valet validation, and assists with events and interior design appointment flow. The position requires professionalism, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests upon arrival, providing polished and professional service
• Assist with wayfinding, check-in for interior design appointments, and restaurant waitlist as needed
• Manage coat and umbrella check, concierge tasks, and valet validation
• Set up and break down the gallery host station and monitor gallery areas for cleanliness, safety, and code compliance
• Support onsite and offsite events and communicate guest feedback or escalations to leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience
• Energetic, accountable, team oriented, and willing to learn
• Reliable and able to multitask in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
