Gallery Host

As a Gallery Host at RH Atlanta, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class service to our guests while maintaining the elegance and functionality of our facilities. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

• Live and embody RH's Vision, Values, and Beliefs daily.
• Represent the RH brand with polished communication and professionalism.
• Engage clients enthusiastically as they enter the Gallery, providing exceptional service.
• Answer guest inquiries about RH Interior Design Services and connect them with the appropriate Associate.
• Provide discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, wayfinding, check-in, and concierge services.
• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the host station and ensure Gallery areas are clean and compliant.
• Support onsite and offsite events as needed.
• Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to the leadership team.

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Energetic, accountable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
