Gallery Host

As a Gallery Host at RH in Dallas, you will provide world-class service to guests while maintaining the quality of our equipment and facilities. You will embody the RH brand through polished communication and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors.

• Represent the RH brand with polished communication and professionalism.
• Engage clients enthusiastically as they enter the Gallery, delivering world-class service.
• Answer guest questions about RH Interior Design Services and connect them with the appropriate Associate.
• Provide discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting, wayfinding, check-in, coat and umbrella check, concierge service, and valet validation.
• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the Gallery host station and monitor Gallery areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with onsite and offsite events as needed.
• Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to the leadership team.

• 2+ years of related experience.
• Willingness to learn new and exciting things.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time.
