Gallery Host

Summary

Provide polished, world class service to guests at the Gallery through greeting, wayfinding, check in for interior design and restaurant waitlist, coat and umbrella check, and occasional concierge and valet validation while maintaining facility standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients enthusiastically upon entry to the Gallery
• Answer guest questions about interior design services and connect them with appropriate Associates
• Manage check in for design appointments and restaurant waitlist
• Provide coat and umbrella check and occasional concierge services
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the Gallery host station
• Monitor Gallery areas to ensure cleanliness safety and code compliance
• Assist with onsite and offsite events as needed
• Provide feedback on guest comments or escalations to leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience
• Energetic accountable and team oriented
• Reliable dependable and responsible
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to learn new tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand and walk for extended periods
