Gallery Host

Summary

The Gallery Host welcomes guests and provides polished, attentive service at the Gallery. The role supports a welcoming guest experience while helping maintain clean, safe facilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions about Interior Design Services, and connect clients with the appropriate Associate.
• Provide wayfinding, check-in, coat and umbrella check, concierge assistance, and valet validation.
• Set up and maintain the host station, monitor Gallery areas, and assist with events.
• Share guest feedback and escalations with the leadership team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Energetic, accountable, reliable, and team oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.
