Gallery Host

Summary

Welcomes guests to the RH Gallery and delivers polished, world-class service. Helps guests navigate the Gallery and connect with RH Interior Design Services while supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions, provide wayfinding, and connect clients with the appropriate Associate.
• Support check-in for Interior Design and restaurant waitlists, coat and umbrella check, concierge needs, and valet validation.
• Set up and break down the host station, monitor Gallery areas, assist with events, and share guest feedback or escalations with leadership.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Energetic, accountable, dependable, and team oriented, with a positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand and walk for extended periods.
