Gallery Host

Summary

The Gallery Host provides world-class service to guests while representing the RH brand through polished communication and professional appearance. This role manages the gallery host station, assists with check-ins for interior design and restaurant waitlists, supports wayfinding and concierge tasks, and helps maintain a safe, welcoming gallery environment. The position requires an energetic, team-oriented approach and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients as they enter the gallery and deliver exceptional guest service
• Manage check-in for RH Interior Design services and restaurant waitlists and connect guests with appropriate associates
• Provide wayfinding, coat and umbrella check, valet validation, and occasional concierge services
• Set up and break down the gallery host station and monitor gallery areas for cleanliness and code compliance
• Assist with onsite and offsite events and provide guest feedback or escalations to leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience
• Energetic, accountable, team oriented with a positive attitude
• Reliable and willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods
