Gallery Host - Scottsdale Gallery

Summary

Provide world-class service to guests at the Gallery through polished communication, professional appearance and enthusiastic engagement. Manage greeting, wayfinding, check-in for interior design services and restaurant waitlist, coat and umbrella check, occasional concierge tasks and valet validation while maintaining the host station and gallery areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients as they enter the Gallery delivering exceptional service
• Assist with check-in for RH Interior Design services and connect guests with appropriate associates
• Manage restaurant waitlist and perform coat and umbrella check
• Provide discreet concierge assistance and validate valet as needed
• Set up and break down the Gallery host station daily
• Monitor gallery areas to ensure cleanliness safety and code compliance
• Assist with onsite and offsite events
• Collect and relay guest feedback and escalations to leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience
• Energetic accountable and team oriented
• Reliable dependable and responsible with ability to multitask
• Willingness to learn new tasks and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
