Summary

Lead and develop gallery associates across all functions to deliver exceptional service and execute strategy for a luxury home furnishings gallery. Inspire teams through coaching and refined taste while driving sales, controlling expenses and supporting design services initiatives. Oversee operational execution including loss prevention, inventory controls and rollout of business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop teams to create a positive high performing environment
• Attract and retain talent aligned with brand standards
• Represent the brand through polished communication and professional appearance
• Learn and communicate design ethos and product assortment to staff and clients
• Address human resources concerns in partnership with field leadership and People Team
• Monitor business performance and implement strategies to achieve results
• Support loss prevention, physical security and cash controls
• Implement and provide feedback for initiatives and rollouts
• Embrace change and deliver results with a positive attitude

Requirements

• 10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms or luxury retail
• Interior design experience preferred
• Proven ability to foster a positive and empowering work environment
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High energy and results-driven mindset
• Adept at learning from mistakes and seeking feedback
• Strong creative point of view and refined taste
