Lead and develop gallery associates across all functions to deliver exceptional service and drive sales while controlling expenses. Serve as a visible ambassador for the brand with a passion for design and luxury home furnishings, coaching teams to execute strategy and achieve results.
Responsibilities
- Coach, lead and develop teams to promote a positive dynamic environment that drives sales and controls expenses
- Attract and retain talent at all levels who meet professional standards
- Represent the brand through polished communication personal appearance and professionalism
- Learn and communicate design ethos and product assortment to staff and customers
- Address human resources concerns in partnership with field leadership and People Team
- Monitor analyze business performance and determine strategies to achieve results
- Support loss prevention physical security cash controls inventory management and internal audits
- Implement provide follow up and feedback for initiatives and rollouts as business shifts
Requirements
- 10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings design showrooms or luxury retail
- Interior design experience preferred
- Proven ability to foster a positive healthy work environment
- Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
- High energy results driven with ability to learn from mistakes and seek feedback
- Strong creative point of view and refined taste for luxury
