Gallery Leader

Summary

The Gallery Leader will lead and develop associates across all functions of the gallery, delivering first-class service and executing strategy to drive sales and control expenses. This role requires a passion for design and luxury home furnishings, strong leadership, and the ability to empower teams to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop teams to promote a positive, high-performing environment
• Attract, hire and retain talent who uphold professional standards
• Represent the brand through polished communication, appearance and refined taste
• Monitor, analyze and communicate business performance to determine strategies for results
• Address human resources concerns in partnership with field leadership and people teams
• Support loss prevention, inventory management, cash controls and internal audits
• Implement and provide follow-up for initiatives and rollouts as the business evolves

Requirements

• 10+ years leadership experience in high-end furnishings, design showrooms, luxury retail or similar field
• Interior design experience preferred
• Proven ability to foster a positive, empowering work environment
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; results-driven with high energy
