Gallery Support Associate - Cincinnati Gallery

Summary

Provide world-class service to guests while maintaining equipment and facilities for the gallery. Support timely client ship-outs, handle merchandise preparation and manage movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom. Receive and process shipments and assist with inventory preparation to support gallery operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client ship-outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase
• Ticket merchandise for display on the gallery sales floor
• Organize movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Receive and process incoming shipments in a timely manner
• Manage inventory preparation and execution
• Maintain cleanliness and care of equipment and facilities
• Assist colleagues to deliver high energy guest service

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a similar field
• Enthusiastic team player with high energy and results driven attitude
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Superior organization and time management skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs while using appropriate equipment
• Ability to maneuver around gallery floor, stockroom and office and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks
