Gallery Support Associate - Fashion Island

Summary

Provide world-class service to guests while maintaining equipment and facilities in a gallery setting. Support timely processing and movement of merchandise to ensure displays and client ship-outs are completed efficiently. Work collaboratively with gallery team to uphold brand standards and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client ship-outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase
• Ticket merchandise for display on the gallery sales floor
• Organize movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Receive and process shipments to maximize productivity and minimize costs
• Manage inventory preparation and execution
• Maintain equipment and care for gallery facilities
• Support gallery team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a similar field
• Enthusiastic team player with high energy and results-driven mindset
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Superior organization and time-management skills
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment
• Able to maneuver around gallery floor, stock room and office
