Gallery Support Associate

Summary

Provide world-class service to guests while maintaining equipment and facilities in a gallery environment. Support shipping, merchandising, inventory preparation and movement of furniture to ensure the sales floor and stockroom are well organized and operational. Work collaboratively with the team to execute RH's vision and deliver high quality results.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all client ship-outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase
• Ticket merchandise for display on the gallery sales floor
• Organize movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Receive and process shipments in a timely manner
• Manage inventory preparation and execution
• Maintain cleanliness and order of gallery, stockroom and equipment
• Follow company vision, values and service standards daily

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a similar field
• Enthusiastic team player with high energy and results-driven mindset
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Superior organization and time-management skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment
• Ability to maneuver around gallery floor, stockroom and office and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks
