Gallery Support Associate

Summary

Provide world class service to guests while maintaining equipment and facilities in the gallery. Support merchandising and inventory workflows by preparing merchandise for display, organizing furniture movement, and processing shipments to ensure timely client deliveries and efficient gallery operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client ship outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase
• Ticket merchandise in preparation for gallery sales floor display
• Organize movement of furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Receive and process shipments in a timely manner
• Manage inventory preparation and execution to maximize productivity and minimize costs
• Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a clean organized gallery environment
• Support team efforts and live company vision values and beliefs daily

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a similar field
• Enthusiastic team player with high energy and results driven
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Superior organization and time management skills
• Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment
• Ability to maneuver effectively around gallery floor stock room and office
