Gallery Support Associate

Summary

The Gallery Support Associate helps provide world-class service to guests while caring for gallery equipment and facilities. This role supports merchandise preparation, inventory processing, and the movement of furniture across the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client ship-outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase.
• Ticket merchandise for display on the gallery sales floor.
• Organize furniture movement on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Receive and process shipments, managing inventory preparation and execution to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar field.
• Enthusiastic, high-energy, results-driven team player with a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Strong organization, time-management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
