Gallery Support Associate

Summary

The Gallery Support Associate provides on-site operational support for the gallery, ensuring merchandise is prepared, displayed, and shipped efficiently while maintaining the showroom and equipment. This role supports inventory management, handles shipments, and assists with the movement and staging of furniture on the sales floor. The associate works closely with the gallery team to deliver a high-quality guest experience through attention to detail and timely execution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client ship-outs are sent within 24 hours of purchase
• Ticket merchandise and prepare items for display on the gallery sales floor
• Organize and move furniture on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Receive and process incoming shipments to maximize productivity and minimize costs
• Manage inventory preparation and execution to support gallery operations

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in a similar field
• Enthusiastic team player who is high-energy and results-driven
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Superior organization and time-management skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 50 lbs using appropriate equipment; ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat and maneuver around the gallery and stockroom
