Summary

Responsible for overseeing all store operations at the Beverly Center location, driving sales performance, leading the team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily store operations to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Coach hire and develop store staff to deliver high quality customer service
• Implement merchandising and visual standards to reflect brand presentation
• Manage inventory controls loss prevention and stock replenishment processes
• Analyze sales metrics and develop action plans to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and operational guidelines
• Build relationships with customers and handle escalated customer issues
