Summary
Lead store operations as the business owner and brand ambassador, accountable for overall store performance and delivering an extraordinary client experience through on-floor presence, team leadership, and execution of business plans to achieve targets.
Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance and meet store operating budget.
- Develop business plans and retail strategies in cooperation with merchandising and operations.
- Lead and coach the store team, ensuring recruitment, succession planning, and professional growth.
- Be present on the sales floor to ensure high level of client service and private appointment culture.
- Foster omnichannel development and clienteling initiatives to increase loyalty and spending.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures for cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Work with events and local stakeholders to organize events and attract new clients.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to motivate and persuade people.
- Organized, detail oriented, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Market and product knowledge with interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
- Business or retail management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
- Ability to represent the brand and build client relationships.
