Summary
The General Manager North America leads the Fresh North America business with full P and L ownership, driving strategy across wholesale, brick and mortar, e commerce and e retail channels for the US Canada and Mexico. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer the role leads Sales Education Planning Marketing and Visual Merchandising to execute global strategy tailored to North America while advocating market needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market and channel specific commercial and sales strategies to drive profitability
- Manage North America P and L and regional budget collaborating with FP and A
- Apply US market knowledge to inform strategic decisions and identify emerging trends
- Enhance brand visibility through media digital marketing and influencer partnerships
- Identify and implement KPIs to drive regional growth and efficiency
- Cultivate relationships with key retail partners to expand presence and sales
- Serve as bridge between global functions and North America to ensure market alignment
- Lead inspire and develop the North America leadership team fostering a people first culture
- Direct business performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
Requirements
- Proven experience driving wholesale and retail business and managing full P and L in North America
- Extensive knowledge of the North America beauty market and consumer trends
- Demonstrated success overseeing Sales Business Development or Marketing in beauty or consumer goods
- Strong leadership presence with ability to inspire and motivate teams and peers
- Results driven entrepreneurial mindset with high accountability and ownership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and creative thinking with a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement
