General Manager

Summary

The General Manager leads the store as a business owner and brand ambassador, accountable for overall performance and an exceptional client experience. This role drives sales, develops the team, and ensures effective store operations while representing the brand in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance, develop business plans, exceed store KPIs, and manage the operating budget.
• Build client relationships, deliver outstanding service, and implement clienteling initiatives, appointments, and events.
• Lead, coach, recruit, and develop the store team, fostering communication, growth, and succession planning.
• Partner with merchandising, visual merchandising, and operations teams on sales strategy and store presentation.
• Oversee cash activity, inventory, logistics, reporting, and cooperation between front and back of house.

Requirements

• Business-driven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and persuade others.
• Strong customer service mindset, organization, attention to detail, and confident, positive communication.
• Market and product knowledge or passion, with an interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
• English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
• A degree in business or retail management, or equivalent, is a plus.
