Responsibilities

• Set and execute store strategy and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Retail management or comparable experience, preferably in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• College degree or equivalent is a plus.
