General Manager

As a General Manager at Ralph Lauren in Aventura, you will act as the CEO of your store, driving desirability and topline performance. You will ensure every client is treated as a VIP, creating the ultimate luxury lifestyle shopping experience. You will be empowered to develop top talent and create the next generation of Ralph Lauren ambassadors.

• Ensure each employee delivers the 5 C’s of Service Excellence to every client.
• Guarantee all sales associates utilize technology to protect and grow the client base.
• Coach and mentor employees to achieve optimal results and build bench strength for future talent.
• Provide feedback to buyers and planners to identify areas of opportunity.
• Maintain presentation standards consistent with Ralph Lauren’s image.
• Achieve store shrink goals and implement asset protection procedures.
• Direct execution of strategies and programs to support sales, marketing, and profit objectives.
• Manage selling expenses and achieve payroll percent targets.

• College Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of Retail Management Experience.
• Strong business acumen and ability to maintain an environment consistent with RL lifestyle philosophy.
• Ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and staff development skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
