• Manage inventory, productivity, and shrink while maintaining exceptional store standards.

Requirements

• Retail management or related experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated success building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
• Ability to stand, walk, move around the store, and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
