The General Manager leads store performance, develops talent, and executes strategic initiatives to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role translates the brand vision into store operations while achieving sales and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, profit, and margin performance and execute company initiatives.
• Build an engaging customer experience and lead client development and community outreach.
• Recruit, coach, train, and develop a high-performing store team.
• Manage inventory, productivity, shrink, store standards, and operational processes.
• Champion selling technologies, uphold company policies, and share business insights with partners.

Requirements

• Retail management or related experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to build positive working relationships and develop teams.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
• Ability to perform store-floor duties, including standing and walking for extended periods and lifting or climbing as required.
