General Manager

Summary

The General Manager acts as the CEO of the store, driving desirability and topline performance while delivering a luxury client experience. This role leads hiring, development, merchandising presentation, store operations, inventory management, and P&L responsibilities to achieve sales and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every client receives a VIP experience through service excellence
• Coach, mentor, and develop store employees and build bench strength
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards that reflect the brand
• Execute strategies and programs to support sales, marketing, and profit objectives
• Manage store operations including shrink prevention and asset protection
• Own P&L and achieve key performance indicators such as conversion and ADT
• Manage selling expenses and achieve payroll percent targets

Requirements

• Relevant retail management experience preferred
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills
• Proficiency with common business software such as Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs and using a ladder
• Ability to operate register and be on feet for extended periods
• Strong communication interpersonal and coaching skills
• Ability to guide teams toward goal achievement and succession planning
