Job Description

Summary

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and creating a service-oriented culture that exceeds customer expectations. You will lead a high-performance team, focusing on developing effective selling strategies and motivating your team to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the selling process and provide leadership to store management and associates to achieve sales and volume goals.
  • Impact sales and productivity through observation and hands-on coaching of store leadership and the selling management team.
  • Establish and maintain high performance service standards to enhance the customer experience.
  • Actively develop and coach the team to achieve goals and model sales-focused behaviors.
  • Proactively manage performance and ensure store teams understand their roles and focus on achieving goals.
  • Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of customer-focused sales growth.
  • 7+ years of related management experience in retail or other fast-paced service environments.
  • Innovative mindset with a variety of approaches to problem-solving.
  • Ability to build and lead teams, fostering a sense of community and empowerment.
