Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of support and operations staff, ensuring day-to-day efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Drive recruiting, training, and development of managers and employees, partnering with key support functions.
- Ensure effective communication across processing areas to align with goals and initiatives.
- Participate as a key stakeholder in process, capital, or improvement projects.
- Partner with Seattle/Corporate teams for resource allocation and priority management.
- Achieve defined operational metrics and expense objectives.
- Promote LEAN philosophy for continuous improvement in processes and procedures.
Requirements- 10+ years of Supply Chain leadership experience in Fulfillment or similar environment.
- Graduate-level degree in related discipline is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading a large Fulfillment/eComm site with over 500 employees.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate.
- Experience in implementing and leading Lean initiatives.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop reliable, cost-effective systems and procedures.
- Success in identifying, developing, and retaining quality talent.
- Willingness to relocate for future growth opportunities.
- Bilingual, Spanish language skill preferred.
