- Promote LEAN philosophy across production areas for continuous improvement.
Requirements- 10+ years of Supply Chain leadership experience in a Fulfillment or similar environment.
- Graduate-level degree in a related discipline is a plus.
- Proven track record of leading a large Fulfillment/eComm site with over 500 employees.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate.
- Experience in implementing and leading Lean initiatives.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to build effective teams and lead through influence and collaboration.
- Willingness to relocate for future growth opportunities.
