Summary

Lead store operations and teams at a flagship location in The Domain to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure visual merchandising standards. Manage daily business activities, staffing, and operational processes while representing brand values in a high-traffic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations including sales performance and inventory control
• Recruit hire and train store staff and create staffing schedules
• Coach develop and motivate team members to meet performance goals
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute store plans
• Manage cash handling deposits and loss prevention procedures
• Analyze sales metrics and implement plans to achieve targets
• Coordinate with district leadership for promotions and events

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience
• Proven leadership ability with team development experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with inventory management and loss prevention
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with point of sale systems and basic computer skills
