General Warehouse Associate

As a General Warehouse Associate at Saks- The Company Store in Wilkes-Barre, PA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment. This full-time position requires a dedicated individual who can manage various tasks in a fast-paced setting, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining store readiness.

• Provide customer-focused service and assist customers with merchandise selection and transactions.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure a clean and organized sales floor.
• Process inbound merchandise for retail store readiness and follow standard operating procedures.
• Achieve productivity measurements and prioritize daily goals.
• Cross-train between back of house processes and store sales floor activities.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a neat environment.

• High School Degree or GED required.
• At least 2 years in a retail customer service role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently.
• Excellent organizational and efficiency skills.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate manual pallet jack.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
