Responsibilities- Provide thought leadership in menswear, children's wear, and luxury marketing by analyzing consumer behavior and industry trends.
- Drive marketing initiatives for menswear and kids' brands using consumer insights to refine strategies.
- Lead the development of annual brand plans and calendars in collaboration with various teams.
- Collaborate with Global Brand Merchandising to align campaigns with business growth strategies.
- Develop and present brand and campaign recaps using performance metrics.
- Establish strong relationships with Design teams and lead the creative briefing process.
- Shape creative concepts for campaigns and ensure they are on-brand and engaging.
- Lead the development of specialized campaigns and contribute to Masterbrand campaigns.
- Provide briefs to external agencies and oversee creative execution.
- Partner with regional teams and external partners to execute global marketing initiatives.
- Ensure seamless project execution and maintain consistent implementation of plans.
- Develop and maintain operational documents and communicate strategies to internal teams.
- Establish performance metrics and career development plans for direct reports.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
Requirements- Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in fashion, digital marketing, and/or agency.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac applications.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong team player, self-starter, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
