Global Security, Risk & Resilience Coordinator I

Summary

Supports a safe, secure, and service-focused store environment by carrying out established global security, risk, and resilience procedures. Monitors security systems, helps deter theft and policy violations, and escalates investigations and elevated risks to GSRR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct floor surveillance and monitor CCTV and other approved security systems.
• Complete assigned safety, inventory control, cash handling, and physical security audits and document incidents accurately.
• Support inventory activities, shrink awareness, store orientation, and training.
• Escalate suspected misconduct, repeat theft, high-risk incidents, and unresolved safety or security concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail, asset protection, loss prevention, security, or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, meet physical requirements, and satisfy applicable licensing requirements.
