Responsibilities
- Design and execute creative for digital advertising, emails CRM, social media, web and e-commerce, retail graphics, and presentations
- Support seasonal campaigns, drops, collaborations, and cultural moments
- Translate creative direction into precise, elevated design systems and maintain brand typography and layout standards
- Own layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy across projects
- Build modular design systems for scale across channels and ensure brand consistency
- Work fluidly across fast-turn projects and long-lead campaign work
- Source inspiration from fashion, contemporary art, photography, music, film, street culture, and digital subcultures
- Use AI tools for concept exploration, image generation, iteration, and workflow acceleration
- Collaborate closely with marketing, art direction, social content, e-commerce, merchandising, and retail teams
Requirements
- 4-8+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Background in luxury fashion, premium lifestyle, or cultural brands
- Expert-level fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of digital-first design, e-commerce visuals, and social-native formats
- Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools for image, layout, and ideation
- Portfolio demonstrating elevated taste, fashion authority, conceptual thinking, impeccable craft, and cultural relevance
- Ability to receive and give feedback with clarity, rigor, and openness
