Responsibilities- Warmly greet every visitor entering and leaving the boutique.
- Serve as the Host of the boutique, embodying the company vision of extraordinary service.
- Guide clients to the appropriate location or team member based on their needs.
- Maintain a helpful and cooperative atmosphere, handling difficult situations with grace.
- Communicate actively with the boutique team about appointment arrivals.
- Manage the daily calendar of client appointments and boutique events.
- Support phone call appointment requests and resolve appointment conflicts.
- Assist clients with needs such as umbrella storage and beverage service.
- Update clients in the outdoor queue when the boutique is at capacity.
Requirements- Strong communication skills with a gracious and warm approach.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.
- Experience in Customer Service, Retail, or Service sector.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Attention to detail and organized workspace.
- Ability to provide basic information about the neighborhood and store services.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High-touch customer service standards and hospitable approach.
- Proactive in customer care with a calm and polite manner.
