Summary
Lead operational processes, project tracking, and capital expenditure management for the design and construction of CHANEL boutiques across the United States. Partner with architecture, finance, and business teams to improve project delivery, control costs, and support sustainable, high-quality retail environments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project budgets, spending, vendors, and consultants; oversee cost tracking, estimating, and value engineering.
- Develop and maintain project workflows, schedules, reporting, risk assessments, and performance indicators.
- Coordinate project requests, design briefs, bidding, procurement, and communication across US and global teams.
- Evaluate project feasibility, qualify vendors, facilitate project reviews, and lead process retrospectives.
- Support sustainability, quality standards, and consistent project delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, design, architecture, construction, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in an architectural firm or retail architecture, store design, or construction management.
- Knowledge of architectural design workflows, construction budgets, cost estimation, and project management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Smartsheet; AutoCAD and SketchUp experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in person at the New York City office at least three days per week and travel approximately 10%.
