Group Sales Manager

As a Group Sales Manager at Neiman Marcus in Atlanta, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of departments within the store, driving sales, and building a customer-focused sales experience. You will work closely with the Store General Manager or Director of Sales Experience to achieve maximum sales growth.

• Lead a team of multiple Managers and Store Associates.
• Oversee all aspects of merchandise with merchant teams and vendor partners.
• Collaborate with business partners to fulfill store Senior Leadership responsibilities.
• Conduct business analysis and create and implement strategies.
• Achieve maximum sales growth following company vision and values.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• 5+ years of experience in retail sales management.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong sales analytics and business strategy skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, prioritization, and conflict management skills.
• Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
