Guest Service Associate

Summary

Experienced full-time Guest Service Associate role providing luxury hospitality services at a boutique Guesthouse. The role focuses on delivering high-end guest experiences from check-in through check-out, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting front desk operations with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury hospitality services for guests from check-in through check-out
• Greet guests with a warm welcome in the highest luxury manner
• Complete reservation correspondence audits as required
• Showcase knowledge of Guesthouse services and guest policies
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently while extending high level of hospitality
• Assist in areas and responsibilities of Guesthouse as necessary
• Maintain a consistently positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Work scheduled AM PM shifts including weekdays weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of previous luxury hotel experience
• Excellent luxury communication organization and administrative skills
• Ability to perform quality work without direct guidance
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of guest information and records
• Flexibility reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts
• Strong ability and desire to work as part of a team
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
