Summary
The Guest Service Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional in-store hospitality and client service to support sales goals, overseeing food and beverage service in the Guest Kitchen, and developing strong relationships with internal and external clients. This role requires product knowledge, coordination with sales teams, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service including greeting clients and offering beverages
- Coordinate and deliver hospitality services in the Guest Kitchen during client visits
- Facilitate sales via phone or electronic communication and connect clients with sales professionals
- Support store opening and closing tasks and maintain front and back of house areas
- Assist sales professionals to ensure smooth transactions and shopping experiences
- Coordinate product requests, transfers, shipments and alterations logistics
- Support marketing, PR and celebrity dressing requests and promotional mailing projects
- Provide floor support across departments as needed and maintain organized sales floor and fitting rooms
- Follow brand presentation and service guidelines to ensure high level of client experience
Requirements
- Relevant retail or client service experience preferred
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Computer skills preferred including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately using a ladder as trained
- Self starter proactive mindset and attention to personal presentation
