Guest Service Coordinator (Seasonal)

Summary

The Guest Service Coordinator supports store operations to help deliver an exemplary customer experience. This seasonal role assists with shipping and receiving, stockroom operations, cash office processes, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies, and support invoice processing with Accounts Payable.
• Support shrink reduction, inventory preparation, merchandise processing, and store process improvements.
• Coordinate accessory repairs, engraving, and embossing services with external vendors.
• Execute cash office procedures and process shipping, transfer, inventory, and other operational documents accurately.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail operations experience in a support, customer service, or sales capacity.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts and lift approximately 20 pounds.
