Guest Services Coordinator

Summary

The Guest Services Coordinator supports an exceptional in-store client experience through hospitality, concierge services, and assistance with sales and product requests. The role helps build client relationships and supports store operations and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist with shopping needs, hospitality, and concierge services.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone and electronic communication, share product information, and facilitate sales.
• Support sales professionals, product requests, transfers, deliveries, alterations, and store opening and closing tasks.
• Maintain organized sales floors, fitting rooms, and hospitality areas, and assist with marketing and public relations requests.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and pride in personal presentation.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work on the sales floor and in stock areas.
• Relevant work experience and computer skills are preferred.
