Summary

Provide world class housekeeping service at the Guesthouse, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and facilities while representing the brand with professional appearance and demeanor. Complete assigned cleaning tasks and projects timely while upholding safety and quality standards. Maintain respect for guest belongings and adhere to PPE and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first class service and a luxury guest experience
• Uphold RH cleanliness standards in guest rooms and facilities
• Complete daily cleaning task assignments and projects timely
• Represent the brand through professional service and polished appearance
• Protect the safety and security of guest belongings while in rooms
• Follow uniform appearance expectations and brand quality assurance
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience as a self inspector
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities
• Commitment to quality with strong attention to detail
• Ability to uphold safety policies and adhere to PPE requirements
• Ability to stand walk bend and stoop for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
