HJ Sales Assistant - Las Vegas Wynn

As an HJ Sales Assistant at Cartier in Las Vegas Wynn, you will support the growth of the High-End business and VIP client journey through attention to detail, hospitality, and a service-oriented mindset. You will assist dedicated HJ Sales Experts in preparing for and executing bespoke appointments while maintaining the High-End product category within the boutique.

• Prepare and assist in private viewing appointments with the HJ Sales Team.
• Ensure all products and resources are ready for client appointments.
• Support hospitality elements of HJ appointments, including beverage service.
• Interact with clients and provide exceptional service with professionalism.
• Assist in managing the client wishlist and capturing relevant notes.
• Travel to local boutiques, events, or offsite locations as needed.
• Support strategic business actions and client development.
• Handle client insurance valuation requests accurately and timely.
• Set-up and break down High Jewelry product displays.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure correct product displays.
• Organize logistics for shipping and hand deliveries.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
• Available to work retail hours including weekends and travel as needed.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft software.
• Flexible, adaptable, and has a strong moral compass.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong situational and emotional intelligence.
