HR Business Partner - Supply Chain

Summary

The HR Business Partner advises and partners with supply chain leaders at a distribution center to develop and implement people programs aligned with business strategy. The role uses business insights and data to address workforce priorities, strengthen talent, and support organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on people and business issues using internal and external insights, data, and trends.
• Support inclusive workplaces, learning, talent, compensation, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Identify organizational and workforce opportunities and coach leaders through change and team effectiveness efforts.
• Lead HR programs and network-wide projects across a complex, fast-paced business environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of applicable HR experience partnering with business leaders.
• Experience managing labor plans in a high-volume, changing operations environment; supply chain experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and talent pipelines.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, business, and people skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
