Job Description

Summary

The HR Business Partner for Supply Chain Operations will play a crucial role in coaching and consulting with Supply Chain leaders to achieve business strategies. This includes focusing on employee performance, talent management, organizational effectiveness, and culture & inclusion. The role involves program management responsibilities within the Supply Chain network, implementing and managing HR programs and initiatives that span multiple businesses to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sr. HR Director, Sr. HRBP, and business leaders to identify people priorities and drive HR strategies.
  • Support multiple business leaders in a matrixed organization as both a tactical and strategic partner.
  • Lead the development and execution of HR programs and initiatives impacting Supply Chain Operations.
  • Collaborate to identify solutions to business challenges and ensure alignment with business strategies.
  • Utilize insights and data to address key people and business issues, providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Execute talent management activities and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Act as a thought partner on organizational design and building organizational capabilities.
  • Provide leadership coaching and support team effectiveness efforts.
  • Collaborate on performance management and employee relations in Fulfillment and Distribution Centers.
  • Support change management initiatives and drive employee engagement efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and business leaders across the organization.
  • Navigate and drive multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of HR experience partnering with business leaders.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent management and program/project management preferred.
  • Experience supporting a Supply Chain business is a plus.
  • Proven ability to consult effectively with business teams and leaders.
  • Strong business and people acumen with influencing skills.
  • Ability to partner across multiple HR teams to deliver solutions.
  • Experience leading change management efforts for large-scale transformations.
  • Experience in organizational design.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
