Responsibilities- Partner with Sr. HR Director, Sr. HRBP, and business leaders to identify people priorities and drive HR strategies.
- Support multiple business leaders in a matrixed organization as both a tactical and strategic partner.
- Lead the development and execution of HR programs and initiatives impacting Supply Chain Operations.
- Collaborate to identify solutions to business challenges and ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Utilize insights and data to address key people and business issues, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Execute talent management activities and workforce planning initiatives.
- Act as a thought partner on organizational design and building organizational capabilities.
- Provide leadership coaching and support team effectiveness efforts.
- Collaborate on performance management and employee relations in Fulfillment and Distribution Centers.
- Support change management initiatives and drive employee engagement efforts.
- Build strong relationships with employees and business leaders across the organization.
- Navigate and drive multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Requirements- 5+ years of HR experience partnering with business leaders.
- 2+ years of experience in talent management and program/project management preferred.
- Experience supporting a Supply Chain business is a plus.
- Proven ability to consult effectively with business teams and leaders.
- Strong business and people acumen with influencing skills.
- Ability to partner across multiple HR teams to deliver solutions.
- Experience leading change management efforts for large-scale transformations.
- Experience in organizational design.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
